The successful candidate will be able to meet and greet all clients, coming and going, with a smile.
Answer 2-3 phone lines in a courteous manor, record all conversations in a medical record and make appointments.
Process all payments at the end of the appointments, making sure the client had all of their questions and needs answered along with leaving with all the appropriate medications that may have been dispensed.
You will schedule a follow up appointment when called for.
Light computer work, and filing are needed, and alternate Saturday schedule is mandatory.
Business day can be as long as 11 hours and as short as 5 hour.
